The Founder's Story
The taste of success is infectious; it opens up a plethora for many explorations, it gives the required push to new adventures.
After a successful stint in corporates and print, the hunger and passion to serve quality and healthy food led to a concept called "Courier Meals". Smt. Ambika teamed up with a couple of likeminded women, began to serve quality and nutritious food to elderly people. This initiative not only gained momentum, but also went on a long way to empower women.
The concept of "Courier meals" was a super hit. Initially restricted to neighborhood, it expanded beyond ones imagination. They started catering to small parties. There was no looking back, be it any occasion or celebration, she was all over the town with her team.
On one such occasion she met Ms. Rashmi Hegde of Shankara foundation, and she was gracious enough to offer the space for some delectable and nutritious food at her venue. Thus began the "Elephant's High Café" in 2021, though not on a high due to pandemic, their networking ability helped them get out of the rough.
Two years down the lane, Smt. Ambika is on the threshold of beginning her second outlet "Elephant's High Café, Expresso".
